Silver Cross Halo Recall
Silver Cross have issued a recall on batch of Halo Pushchairs. A number of these pushchairs have a component which wears prematurely which can cause the pushchair to function incorrectly, resulting in a hazard to the user.
The affected batch numbers, belonging to pushchairs manufactured in 2009 are
- 150209
- 150409
- 150509
To find your batch number simply look on the underside of the pushchair near the rear wheel as shown below.

Silver Cross invites customers who have a pushchair with the above batch codes to call the following number and arrange for thrit service team to provide a replacement product (alternative colour only) or a free of charge repair and service to your pushchair.
